Request for Membership Form, Proof of Membership Eligibility & Absentee Ballot
To comply with Article III of the By-Laws and be qualified to vote on neighborhood matters, all those eligible must submit a Request for Membership Form and Proof of Membership Eligibility annually. Members who submitted Proof of Membership in December for the By-Law vote DO NOT need to resubmit their documents, but they MUST submit a Request for Membership Form.

DEADLINE FOR MEMBERSHIP FORMS, PROOF OF MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY and ABSENTEE BALLOTS
For members who will cast an in-person vote over Zoom, the deadline to submit the Request for Membership Form and provide Proof of Membership Eligibility is Wednesday, December 15th at 6PM.
For members who will cast an absentee vote, the deadline for submission of Absentee Ballots, the Request for Membership Form, and Proof of Membership Eligibility is Wednesday, December 15th at 6PM.

Please note that the Board will not publish a final vote tally until the Board of Directors completes the membership and absentee ballot validation process.
