About PHNA

The role and function of PHNA is to offer all residents and business owners the opportunity to participate in efforts to improve the quality of life within our neighborhood.  PHNA does this by providing monthly meetings for discussion about issues that affect our community, by encouraging participation and collaboration among residents and business owners to formulate solutions to problems, and by promoting community pride and a sense of neighborhood.
